12 to 14 weeks double brick 200 m2 single storey to lock up stage , building in conventional manner .
    1. HX lay blocks 3days , earthworks , set out , lay slab 5 days. 2. Roof Chippy and cover 4 days . 3. Electrical fit out 1 day . 4. Fit preformed door frames, windows approx 1 day.
    5. Dryline walls and ceilings 4days . 6. Hang doors , shelving , skirting 3 days. 7. Paint walls, ceilings, doors, frames , glossing 4 days. 8. Plumbing , cupboards , kitchen, 3 days. 9. Tiling wet areas , main areas 5 days . 10.Outdoor landscaping , painting, paving or concrete , render to outside of house , fencing , fit roller door ect approx 7 days. 11.fit carpets , blinds 2 days . 12. Finals and touch ups 2 days . Approx total 41 days approx 6 weeks if all goes like clockwork .Thats my approx timeline for HX . Although in wet season it would take longer as the roof is still manually put on , if HX is successful then there would be no reason why they couldn’t design a way to put the roof on , that way the house is water tight in the winter and can be fully fitted out without delays .This is only my view and it only applies to WA double construction , let’s say it blows out to 8 /10 weeks completely finished ! That’s way ahead of lock up stage 12/14 weeks at the moment ! Lots of $$ saved to builder and consumer in so many ways .DYOR
