I think you are missing the point a little here. When they mention "build a house" they only mean to lay the bricks to roof height. They don't have anything to do with the window insertion or electrical cabling. Their job is not to take it to lock up. By routing the channels for cabling it is only making the job easier for the electricians. Also the blocks would be very similar to maxis which plasterers render over both inside and out. I suspect they will set up some cameras and record the build to roof hight and then show it sped up like the original footage in the factory. If the build is done in say September then spring rains will show it working in adverse conditions.
