I shouldn’t Think long , it’s one thing to lay blocks and another to lock up , would like to know what type of windows and door frames they will be using and if the insides will be rendered or dry lined with plasterboard , I would think that they would need to show how quick it would be to lock up stage , there’s no point to lay bricks if everything else takes months , I’m guessing they would have already sorted this out as they have 10 homes to build , wonder who their window and door frame suppliers are ? And who designed the windows and frames , as this is also a crucial part of lock up stage .
