    Given the market turmoil at the moment, it might not hit 20c today and it may even pull back, but don't be fooled, this is a really good announcement with a few added bonuses. FBR still have an extended timeline, which they have outlined nicely, and this gives some clarity, but people will still play with the share price. Caterpillar full steam ahead!
