    Why would anyone be selling this at 17.5? With those timelines, its going to be hard to get better returns in the meantime elsewhere.

    There was no mention of the CAT MOU, but I don't think that there needed to be. End of Construction by this qtr means that CAT can see it working in the factory before the MOU expires.
