The AGM took place in late Nov last year, main thing was to approve pay rise for the directors.

If similar date is to be set for this year's AGM, FBR would have to aim to get HX successfully demonstrated before that, say Oct-Nov, so that they could get shareholders to vote for some important items for next year.

i.e. more director remunerations, shares incentives for employees, etc.

And there is 1st lot of 166m performance shares milestone expiry date by 18 Nov 2018. (36m from prospectus date 18 Nov 2015)
