1. Marcus started in April 2017 if I remembered correctly, but CAT has been in touch since 1 year earlier(say since March 2016, H105 demo) before the final MoU signing, so Marcus didn't get CAT on his own, FBR attracted CAT by demonstrating H105, but he is a critical contributor in finalising the terms in the deal given his background in corporate legal consulting.
2. I strongly believe CAT helped with KSA MoU, FBR may appear as interesting to KSA for its H105 but would get no where close to locking down 50,000 homes just for posting a CGI video of HX.
3. People tend to focus on CAT's ability to mass OEM, but its distribution network has been mostly neglected that's equally important to it's OEM capacity.
