    My understanding is that it would be bad for FBR to be wanting to sell into China.
    China do not "steal" secrets, so much as they make laws that to "encourage" the secrets to be handed over in exchange for a foreign business to have access to the Chinese market.

    I would rather FBR chase and win business thoughout the rest of the world and not sell into China.
