Holla, I think you've got so caught up in your own story that you're missing the basics. An announcement about significant no strings attached revenue is not and will not be referred to as a pump. That would be actual news to support the share price.
What the 'downers and cynics' are expecting from Norwood is an announcement that looks like revenue but isn't or looks like it might generate revenue down the track (which historically never has). That's a pump.
When timed with a recent capital raising that spike in price allows anyone but more generally the recent buyers to get out with a few pips profit. That's the dump and what the 'downers' expect to play out here.
Looking at the activity at the moment it looks like it's bot trading trying to support the 1.3c floor so perhaps there isn't a pump coming?
Depending on the news I'll be selling into a pump but will think about holding if it's actual news.
