People can make a list of all the positives and negatives for you, but it realistically means very little. People that want the price to rise will highlight the positives (as they see them) and tend to lightly dismiss the negatives, so the company appears to the reader (you) an outright bargain. People that are short or want to buy at a lower price, will highlight all the weaknesses (as they see them) and lightly dismiss the positives.

How does any of that help you?? Answer is it does not!!

IMO it is far better for you to do some reading from company announcements, forums, press releases etc going back a couple of years, come to your own positives and negatives, then put those thoughts up on a thread for discussion.
