    It's either Lind or a capital raising. With increasing demand for tin you would think that sales are imminent, [I'm sure management would be aware of progress there] meaning they could use the Lind funding and pay back the required amount of the loan when sales occur, a matter of timing.
    Also the way I read it the terms aren't as severe for the final $2,000,000 as they were for the first 2 tranches.
