My only worry is Tasmanian weather, all late last year they said they had damp ground, they then got some decent weather but had not finalised which contractors they were using and six months on no progress, or at least nothing they have announced to market and WINTER IS COMING, and we all know what that means in the apple isle. Frustrated.
