imo thats the best time to top up. however i can understand your hesitation. i bought in at 1.3c eons ago and averaged down to .008c. my average has crept up again but i still believe in the projects and the story so in that context i see it as a bargain. the ups and downs come with the territory of long term holds in penny stocks and they are often manipulated so taking advantage of weakness is crucial to building wealth. we will see 100 mc eventually just a matter of time.
