Here is what I'm worried about. Construction is 6 weeks (stated) so given they haven't started yet (still negotiating) let's say they start in 1-2 weeks, maybe the contractor has another job that they are just finishing so may not be able to start till April.
So 6 weeks puts us mid May and then we have the following happen....(pic attached). See where I'm going with this? Revenue or even production of Sn may not even happen until early spring. There is big risk that they've taken too long to get this going. Almost a missed chance to get production/revenue on this side of winter.
BTW, I'll the first to buy back in if they prove me wrong. However all signs are not pointing that way at the moment. All IMO of course.
