You're right. The $300k conversion is a sign of confidence from management which in some way reduces the likelihood of the risks materialising. Perhaps the next Ann would be that we either have a new agreement with Traxys, or some other offtake partner (as @blister eluded to a couple of weeks back) based on the recent Tin conference sentiment. The next 6 weeks or so should be packed with Anns and is quite a critical time period for the company. GLTAH
