I appreciate your caution on the refinance. It looks like analysts and Mr Market are withholding judgement until the i rate on the new borrowing is known and also perhaps a clearer picture from IFN of what projects it intends to execute. Fair enough.

IFN has chafed under the restrictive covenants for many years. It will be interesting to observe what it does with its new freedoms.

I too would rather see sound capital expenditures ahead of distributions, baron.
