The closing date of the SPP is behind us and there will be (hardly) no allotment of new shares. What a flop. Now that this is out of the way, the share price should start climbing. Unfortunately, the potential momentum after the large order announcement is lost. Poor capital management.

Looking at a 1 year chart, the stock even traded sideways. Rather incredible, given the progress made.

The EOS plant in Hume, ACT, is on schedule to achieve a monthly production capacity of $20 million in early 2019. Meaning the revenues of this plant alone, combined with the profit margin, puts EOS on a P/E ratio for 2019 of around 10. And then we have the facility in Huntsville for US expansion of its space, missile defence (!) and weapon system businesses. And, in the longer run, the highly profitable aftersales.

Perhaps inclusion in Australia’s primary investment benchmark, the ASX 200, will attract attention from analysts and brokers. And off course index-trackers. The marketcap. should rise to at least 370 million, or just over 4 dollars a share, looking at 90,4 million shares outstanding. Still a bargain, it seems.
