I will certainly be voting no to the issue of shares to the directors....all we have seen is delay after delay, zero sales, deferred time lines, poor budgeting, no line of sight on when a first sale will be achieved and all this coupled with the complete decimation of the shareprice over the last 24 months....why allow them to purchase cheap shares when the presentation released today indicates they are already fully funded.....if they want shares let them buy on market and support the share price that way.

Absolute Disgrace.
