    21c is a huge huge discount, considered the price was smashed down already from 28 to 26 on the day before trading halt.

    $2.5m is too little, which means they will raise again next quarter, just working capital.

    No news on contract.

    Still a long road ahead, SP will hit a downhill for now though.
