They have done quite some homework in terms of getting certificate, NATO rego, international presence, etc, but they need more than that to be in a good negotiating ground with potential aquirers before they are put on the table, just IP won't get it a good valuation, they need customers and sales regardless, it's hard apparently because they are a small time in a totally brand new industry, but there is no short cut for them to take at this stage, winners take it all (or most of it).
