DRO has the vehicle to sell to and in a lot of countries and that commercial side is actually quite valuable. With any luck they would find someone with better tech and less commercial/contracts in place who is willing to overpay - just 1 group. I think if they can land a big sale or two someone would jump in and overpay for them. Maybe a small gov't, gov't contractor, or any private or public entity that was attached and had to show they were doing something - basically someone with money to burn/a lot and risk and doesn't have the capabilities already. I'm starting to realize that DRO isn't about the value of DRO in developed markets - but really about finding one person in need to overpay. Forced to choose - I'd probably buy at 23c (disclosure I'm not) because I think someone will pay for them.
