    20% discount to the 10 day VWAP is pretty standard (also the maximum allowed without approval for 25%) in a CR of this type. Any less of a discount and we wouldn't have gotten the funds we did. I don't mind this, we needed some cash to get things moving. Better than languishing for another year getting nowhere. Just need to use this wisely...

    Knew something was up 4-6 weeks ago when volume and SP started to increase...
