are we thinking this is a desired effort of the chinese and GPX, or, GPX doing this off it's own back for negotiating power at the table with the chinese???
either way.... an increased resource will help gain the attention of a lot of outsiders looking in, that really haven't recognised that only 2% of the dirt has been explored to date...
