    Can't say I'm surprised, you make a one off huge loss surely you drop the dividend. I guess the market had already figured this into the share price, wouldn't be surprised to see it close flat once the "surprised" holders have finished up selling. No doubt the performance of QBE is disappointing, but based on earlier releases it's nothing shocking.
