I had an investment in a private company that did a toll treatment project (including the mining) in Tas.
Suddenly the mining costs apparently doubled and all the gold profit disappeared, the company complained and the toll treater declared bankrupcy almost immediately. Never got a cent back.
Thinking back it looks like a setup now - probably the mining was being done using labour hire via entities that were unrelated in name only.

Need to keep on top of the processing every freakin' day of the week if going down the toll path and pull the plug as soon as it goes off the rails.
I think ERL have done reasonably well in the circumstances.
