imo, we have reached the base price of 0.005. Not many is going to sell at 0.004, and even if they do, it will be very small volumes, not in millions.
All major share dumpings have already been done by previous director and geological manager. The retail holders and recent CR holder @ 0.004 are not going to dump it at 0.004 for two reasons, there are not enough buyers volume at 0.004 to absorb the sell volume and also not for a loss.
They know something positive is going to happen the down pipeline.
imo, it is pretty safe entry point at 0.005. Once announcement out, it will shoot up fast.
