Clearly the delay is because during the winter / spring they did not start the Tender process as per the previous 2018 announcements. Had that all been signed off & materials for the dam been ordered then we could have been in that critical 6 week civil works phase.
I wonder if the previous site manager/project manager was fired and they employed a GM or they did not have a project manager in the first place.
Regardless, 90% of intelligent posters on this thread would have thought last spring that come Autumn we would be further down the track than what we are today.
Lets hope it gets done and SP increases before another Management Fee conversion to shares occurs so our dilution is less.
