Hotcopper is funny. When a company does a raise, the posters complain that Sophs and insiders get all the spoils. But when a company extends the same terms to holders in the form of SPP, peeps complain that it must be junk and they couldn't raise the money from sophs!
The raise was oversubscribed btw. so this is a decent offer IMO
