What was the board and management thinking with the establishment of a property JV?

This is totally unrelated to the core objective of the company's operations, almost to the extent that it borders on recklessness.

Shareholders need to actively voice their concerns about this folly. If the majority shareholder is behind this decision, they can bid for the rest of the company and only then, do what they like with it.

This is bizarre in the extreme!
