As someone who has held GRR shares for over 5 years this company always seems to surprise to the downside be it a wall collapse, some type of production issue, or now becoming a property developer . We were having a rare good run till they announced this latest saga, this goes down to credibility of management what next are we going to buy dairy farms or some other venture.
It just shows how any loss of confidence in managements ability to handle our cash pile will tank the SP . The idiots that sold Friday arent your hotcopper readers it is an overreaction but it will probably cost us another month or two to recover or until we get clarity on what they are actually up to .
Sorry but a share buyback was the only option for spare cash.
