I sold out of GRR last year but have kept an eye on it for a possible re-entry. Have always had concerns about BOD 's independence but thought they were doing a good job running the mine. But after watching and waiting for 2 years to see how GRR would deploy its cash, this is quite amazing. Would be very interested to know what the "robust due diligence process" involved. The fact that they have not specified an amount for this "property venture" is also troubling. GLTAH.
