    I don’t think so. Looks like over reaction to what is essentially non-news, as the details are so sparsely discussed to be meaningless. Something for the never never. Meanwhile the volume is being driven by the people willing to throw their dividend in the bin and the peolpe happy to take it on based on an effectively higher yield than was offered yesterday. Esh
