    One of the Director's friends? - well that's just great.
    We'll have to pray that they don't squander too much money here and that they'll still be able to pay half yearly dividends of one cent minimum.
    Will have to consider voting all my shares against all resolutions at the May AGM as a protest against such a harebrained idea.
