Exactly, I doubt Management want the underwriter taking up the bulk of the shares anymore than we do, underwriters are there as a backstop to guarantee they get the money required. Reminders of what the Company is trying to achieve through the release of a presentation during a CR is common practise.
Despite what some think Management can't time events such as signing off binding contracts to fit in with fixed dates, there are third parties involved whom are not interested in TON's underwritten CR and will sign when ready, so it can't reliably be planned around...if they were certain of it they wouldn't need to put out a presentation...
