Past experience is that the Board will be bored around this time. As pre-production would be a quiet time. So it's a good time for doing marketing etc... By the looks of it these guys managed to get PALA investments to buy into the story. Hope they get some more to buy in.

What I want to see from board and management around this time is an increase in holdings. Getting a bit more skin in the game would be a good indication of how the project is tracking. Watch out for those change in holdings announcements as it could also go the other way.
