anyway, been looking at this one for ages following on from the resurrection of WFE, but this one didnt have a saviour, until CPS Capital came along. Now consolled, which, despite the pain, was necessary, it has 120M SOI for a MC of 1.8M (not too bad)....no money though, and, a doubtful project. Hence the 3.6M CR detailed in the notice of meeting. A 2.5 for 1 offer at 1.2c with a free oppie and a contrib (unusual these days).
Anyhoo, knowing the MO of CPS, any shortfall will likely be sorted, indeed, directors have put their hands up for some, so, anyone wanting a decent stake either: buys on market, cum rights, or, tries for the rights, or, tries for shortfall.
SRN will finish up with 420M on issue at an MC of say 5-6M, with 3.5M in cash (approx figures), and, no doubt, will be a vehicle ready for a new project............not without its risks though, of course.
So, Mickey, if your concerned that the price is going to tank further, then you know what to do.....a good trader will cut the loss and move on (wont he??)
