If Brookfield was willing to low-ball NZ for approx. 0.9-1.0x Price/Revenue, why not swoop on the whole of Vocus for cheaper at 0.7x.

It's hard to see Vocus go much lower unless you are a manic trader looking to get the mustard squeezed out of you.
