    Wondering if anyone knows what this means and if it is something serious on the part of XPD? Doesn't sound great to me. I recently emailed BoardRoom to try and obtain another set of investor declaration letters to notify the company of my intentions should they pay dividends. The response I received back was " Please be advised we are unable to provide registry services for XPD currently due to outstanding invoices. For all enquiries contact
