I don't agree with your inference either denver. There always had to be an updated FS done no matter what. Suzhou will do it for the Chinese if China goes with Plan A - Suzhou have already been appointed and I think have started work on it. However, GPX announcing they are raising some cash to do the UFS themselves will demonstrate to the Chinese that we are not just sabre rattling, Plan B is real and being fast-tracked. If this forces the Chinese to step up then they will do the UFS as planned and we save some cash. If not, then Plan B is sounding better to me by the day.
