I think the issue is that the mine is in the north of Greenland. If the mine where in Australia or Canada or even the south of Greenland, the valuation would be much higher. There is a degree of skepticism about arctic mining among Australian retail investors. The way I've got it figured, if Glencore, nyrstar, nfc are not put off by the arctic then why should I?
