It’s easy to value based on NPV. You just can’t unfortunately otherwise the mining junior spec sector would be closer to operational mines imo.
Binding agreements for finance of projects post DFS / PFS is key and where value is for unlocking. But a macro uptick in valuation of commodity such as zinc can support also!!
