rwa how do you figure they "are no closer to finances"?

I am intrigued.

I may not be very smart but I struggle to believe that ticking off milestones like FEED etc doesn't get DNK closer to financing solutions. I am assuming financing/off-take requires a degree of certainty in the feasibility of the project, the bankability, appropriate design and costings and a suitable environment to do business.
