    Yes and I know all about the Chinese investments in miners Africa (and elsewhere) post the GFC.
    They just pulled the rug out from under them (finance) and walked off with not a jot of consideration decency or anything else.
    That's why Aust. (DFAT) is voicing opinions on their "aid" to Vanuatu, PNG and others in our region.
