South Australia is already at 50%, for them to come in line with the Federal Government's target, they would need to cull ( existing or planned) a substantial amount of renewable energy projects.
Furthermore, they would need to boost non renewable generation (clean coal? gas? nuclear) to ensure they have enough power.
At the same time, they would have get the price of power down and they would need to do it quickly.
