    this is huge better deal done than AUZ $1.10 floor price and one of the biggest Chemical/battery makers one board in a BINDING agreement already in place no doubt COB will be a $1bil MC company in the next few years with partners on board. Battery Makers looking to lock in supply even before PFS out shows how desperate for Quality supply.
