    Having followed PAA since 2013 and having held shares in the company for almost all of that time, my experience is that slow movement forward is typical of the company. I agree that the fundamentals are strong, but as I have observed before, enduring patience is critical to being a PAA shareholder! The seeming lack of action re the drug trials along the way can be enormously frustrating!
