As GD mentioned above I've noticed the same pattern. It's a single person (or entity) with a solo sell of volume whenever the share price is on the rise, and they literally sell it down to 1.6c everytime the last month or two with about 15-20k. Then you see it gradually move up to it's true position.
I think it's a matter of time before this person is all out, if not already, and you'll see this share steady at about 2.2c or there abouts and any news will bobble it up.
On another topic - Anyone aware of why you would strategically be batting out like that? Even if they had no intention to hold for a long period of time, why not allow the share to sit where it's at then get unders by overflating the market =/ Just crazy how this person had has this affect. The bigger problem is it sends ripples to other holders and those not aware of what's going on end up selling out because they think it's sinking =/
