I know what you mean, but perhaps it isnt fair to judge him by NBNCo failures, aside from one or two comments from him i think he has done ok, especially considering the restrictions placed on him.

He was CEO of VHA for a couple of years before NBNCo, there would not many candidates with his telco experience looking for a new job right now. And running Vocus would probably be like being on holiday for him considering the work stress he must be under at NBNCo.
