Just a thought here : counters will recover if the fundamentals...

Just a thought here : counters will recover if the fundamentals have not changed, which may have caused the inching-down in the first place,... BUT : if it was negative changes in fundamentals which brought about all these, then things would be different from now.

BUt I guessed nothing special to the above words,... everybody knows these already,... just that nobody knows for sire what negative changes would there be,... and then how big would the impact be to MOC,....
