JD has one of the largest individual holdings in IBG, obviously he’s very very focussed on delivering on the share price KPI.
For the doubters who see the low share price and think ‘oh there’s something wrong, and the Director’s know it’. Well, it’s true there is something wrong with the share price, and the Directors stand to benefit handsomly.
